The last few weeks…

It has been quite a while since we got back from Borneo & I have been enjoying the sunny & dry weather in Shanghai (perfect for sight seeing) & making good progress on a reading list of 100 books!
Unfortunately our local gym is out of action, while in use as a bamboo scaffolding storage area.
We went to the Botanic Gardens – we were surprised by some of the rules.
And how many people brought a picnic & tent for a day out. Why do you need a tent?
There were lots of dangling vegetables.
There was a big waterfall which reminded Mum of her Dad “encouraging” her to jump/dive into freezing cold water in the Brecon Beacons when she was too young to say  “no way”.
Dad really liked the succulents.
We went to watch a vertical ballet. Four crazy people dancing down the side of a skyscraper!
My latest enterprise is selling Google cardboard headsets – Creativity Factory & I have been busy making & selling them.
I received a principals commendation for getting all As in my last report & a picture in the school newsletter.

Congratulations on your commendation – it’s becoming a habit – an excellent one!
Your Mum is right, the water in the Brecon Beacons was very very cold and she and her sisters were extremely brave.
I guess you are over 1.3m now and so can perform lunacy.
