Cars 2

This week back I am back at school for term 3. There’s been a bit of a car theme this week, with the Shanghai Grand Prix going on this weekend. We spotted the following cars while out and about:

We were very excited about the London taxi.

Translation: 100 years of British in one continuous line.

The weather has been great, so we have been out walking. On Saturday near the fabric market –

We also learnt to make Chinese knots:

And we tried fruit carving:

We did a bit of home maintenance too:

We went to see the new Apple watch

We didn’t buy a watch,
but we did buy mood lighting – which is completely brilliant!

Saturday night at the movies was Skyfall (again).

Great that Lewis Hamilton won the Grand Prix in Shanghai – for the 4th time I believe. Did you watch it on TV?
I have tried to make a Chinese knot but need to practise to be as good as you. Mine isn’t very neat!

There are certain similarities between Old Shanghai and Old Delhi – electricity cables everywhere!
The knot tying is impressive, I remember doing these in college (Chinese ball buttons) – are you going to progress with this skill?
